The 50/50 blend of autochthonous Rebula and Chardonnay creates a wine of refined character: bright green apple and citrus zest on the nose, supported by delicate brioche and stone-fruit complexity. Fine bubbles and high acidity deliver a clean, mineral finish ideal for aperitifs and seafood.
