Speri's Valpolicella Classico Ripasso is a traditional Veneto red built on Corvina Veronese (60%), Rondinella (30%), and Molinara (10%). The ripasso technique—partial re-fermentation on dried-grape skins—imparts depth and complexity without excess weight. Dark berry compote and black cherry dominate the nose, supported by subtle oak integration and a whisper of spice. The palate is inviting and structured, with medium tannin and balanced acidity that frame savory earth notes.
