The Warm Aged Spirit
Barrel-aged, rich, and made for slow sipping.
What it is
Spirits that take their character from time in oak — molasses-sweet rum, agave-driven aged tequila, or grape-based brandy — sharing notes of caramel, dried fruit, and warm spice. They reward sipping neat far more than vodka ever does. This is the after-dinner end of the spirits shelf.
