The vineyard parcels sit at 800–1,000 meters above sea level, where cool nights preserve acidity and extend ripening cycles across the growing season.

Production centers on barrel fermentation in French oak, followed by 8–10 months sur lie aging, building textural complexity without overwhelming varietal expression. Malolactic fermentation is partially conducted, balancing richness against the wine's natural acidity structure. The oak regime emphasizes neutral to lightly toasted cooperage, allowing stone fruit and mineral notes to remain primary.
