Sena 2021

Seña 2021 is a Bordeaux-influenced proprietary blend from Chile's Aconcagua Valley, built on a foundation of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) with supporting roles from Malbec (27%), Carmenere (17%), and Petit Verdot (6%). The wine displays a medium-full body with medium-high tannins, delivering ripe blackcurrant and dark plum on the nose, layered with black cherry fruit. Secondary oak aging introduces cedar and warm spice notes, while cocoa adds textural richness. With bottle age, tertiary tobacco and leather complexity emerge, suggesting this blend will evolve gracefully over the medium term. A food-friendly, structured red suited to grilled meats, braised beef, and aged cheeses.
