Castelli del Grevepesa UN-IO BIO is an organically farmed Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG from Tuscany's prestigious Montepulciano subregion. The 2017 vintage blends 95% Sangiovese with 5% Merlot, yielding a medium-full-bodied red with balanced tannin and medium acidity.

On the nose, ripe red cherry and dark plum lead, followed by dried herb and earthy minerality. The palate reveals subtle spice and leather undertones, with tertiary tobacco and slate complexity emerging. This is a classically structured Tuscan red suited to both casual dining and cellar aging.

Ideal with tomato-based pasta, grilled steak, braised beef, aged Tuscan cheeses, and mushroom risotto.
