Solèr

De Stefani Solèr is a Veneto proprietary red blend uniting five equal parts: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Refosco, and Marzemino. The wine opens with dominant dark berry and black fruit aromatics, supported by subtle oak and spice from winemaking. On the palate, medium-full body and moderate tannins deliver structure without heaviness, while earthy and tobacco undertones add complexity. A versatile, well-balanced expression suited to braised meats, grilled beef, aged cheeses, and sauce-based pasta dishes.
