Château Branas Grand Poujeaux is a Moulis-en-Médoc red wine built on a traditional Bordeaux blend: 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Petit Verdot. The 2010 vintage expresses ripe blackcurrant and dark plum on the nose, with supporting cedar and spice from oak aging. On the palate, medium-full body and balanced tannin create a structured, food-friendly profile that evolves toward tobacco and leather in the glass—hallmarks of Médoc complexity. This is a wine suited to grilled red meat, braised beef, and aged hard cheeses.
