Eugenio Collavini's 2012 Pignolo DOC represents the distinctive character of Friuli-Venezia Giulia's Colli Orientali del Friuli subregion. This single-varietal expression showcases the native Pignolo grape's signature dark plum and black cherry primary notes, layered with herbaceous undertones and subtle spice.
