E. Guigal's Côte-Rôtie Château d'Ampuis is a benchmark Northern Rhône expression of Syrah with 7% Viognier co-ferment. The 2017 vintage delivers dark plum and black pepper on the nose, underpinned by licorice and a subtle floral lift from the white grape.
