M Rosé
฿฿
Château Minuty has cultivated vines on the Saint-Tropez peninsula since 1936, when the Farnet family recognised that the peninsula's thin, sandy soils over schist and granite bedrock — baked by Mediterranean sun yet cooled by sea breezes off the Gulf of Saint-Tropez — would produce grapes of uncommon aromatic precision. M de Minuty Rosé draws primarily from Grenache, with Cinsault and Syrah completing the blend, grown on these free-draining, low-vigour soils that concentrate flavour while preserving natural acidity. Vinification is conducted entirely at low temperature in stainless steel, with no oak contact and no malolactic fermentation, a deliberate choice that locks in the pale salmon colour and the taut, saline freshness the estate considers its house signature. The wine is bottled early to preserve aromatic lift. What sets M apart within the Minuty range is its positioning as the entry expression into the estate's style — broader in production volume than the prestige Cuvée 281, yet made to the same cold-stabilisation and reductive handling protocols. Drink young, within two to three years of vintage, when the citrus-pith tension and garrigue-tinged fruit are at their most vivid.
