Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale (200 ml) (Pack 24 Bottles)
฿1,729
When Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow founded Fever-Tree in 2004, their founding provocation was archival: if mass-market mixers were built on synthetic aromatics and sodium benzoate preservatives, the quality gap between premium spirits and commodity mixers was a commercial opportunity, not an inevitability. The Premium Ginger Ale is the direct expression of that logic applied to ginger. Three distinct ginger varieties are sourced by origin — Ivory Coast, Nigeria, and Cochin (India) — each contributing a different aromatic register: the West African roots deliver heat and earthiness, while the Cochin ginger adds a brighter, more citric lift. The base is Staffordshire spring water from the Elmhurst source, chosen for its soft mineral profile, which allows the ginger oils to read cleanly rather than compete with dissolved solids. No artificial sweeteners, no high-fructose corn syrup, and no sodium benzoate are used — cane sugar is the sole sweetener. Carbonation is deliberately fine-bubbled, a textural decision that carries volatile ginger aromatics to the nose rather than dispersing them. What separates this from category peers is the multi-origin ginger architecture: no single-source ginger achieves the same aromatic complexity, and the formulation is built around that layering as a deliberate technical choice rather than a cost variable.
