Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water (200 ml) (Pack 24 Bottles)
฿1,729
When Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow traced quinine sourcing back to 1620 via archival research at the British Library, they located one of the last surviving plantations of original Cinchona Ledgeriana trees on the Rwanda–Democratic Republic of Congo border — a species prized for its alkaloid concentration and the foundation of every bottle of Premium Indian Tonic Water. That single-origin quinine decision is the technical spine of the product: no synthetic quinine substitutes, no sodium benzoate preservatives, no artificial sweeteners — only cane sugar, Staffordshire Elmhurst spring water, and cold-pressed citrus oils. The spring water's soft mineral profile is deliberate; hard water would compete with the botanical aromatics rather than carry them. Carbonation is dialled to a fine, high-pressure bubble structure — not the coarse effervescence of mass-market tonics — specifically to lift delicate gin botanicals rather than flatten them. The special feature here is categorical: Fever-Tree launched in 2005 into a segment monopolised by a single global brand and no premium alternative, and by 2018 had overtaken Schweppes by value in the UK market on the strength of this formulation alone. Each 200 ml glass bottle is a single-serve format engineered to open fresh at the moment of mixing, preserving carbonation integrity through the final pour.
