Production: Lambay Small Batch combines single pot still whiskey (the signature Irish style using malted and unmalted barley distilled in copper pot stills) with single malt components, bottled at cask strength or near-natural ABV without chill filtration to preserve volatile aromatics. The blend is aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, allowing the pot still spice and orchard fruit to integrate with subtle oak sweetness.
