The Cucumber Bitters is one of the more unconventional entries in the line: where most bitters anchor on bark, root, or citrus peel, this expression leads with cold-macerated cucumber distillate as its primary botanical, producing a green, vegetal sharpness that reads as savory rather than sweet. The base spirit undergoes individual maceration of each botanical before blending — a method the brand applies across its range to preserve the integrity of delicate aromatics that would otherwise be overwhelmed in a combined steep. At 39% ABV, it sits higher than many cocktail bitters concentrates, making it functional both as a dash-format additive and as a measured pour.
