Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Mini (200 ml) (Limited Edition 2023 Box Set) (Pack 6)
฿5,199
When Claude Moët established his maison on the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay in 1743, the ambition was scale without compromise — a philosophy that Chef de Cave Benoît Gouez (in post since 2005) continues through a tasting committee of ten oenologists evaluating 822+ base wines per assemblage cycle. The Brut Impérial NV draws fruit from across all five Champagne sub-regions — Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Côte des Blancs, Sézanne, and the Aube — on chalky limestone soils that drive the house's signature mineral tension and fine, persistent mousse. The blend spans 200+ crus, typically Pinot Noir 30–40%, Pinot Meunier 30–40%, Chardonnay 20–30%, anchored by 20–30% reserve wines for cross-vintage consistency. Fermentation is conducted in thermoregulated stainless steel with systematic malolactic fermentation — a technique Moët pioneered in the region — before a minimum 24 months on lees in 28 km of chalk cellars beneath Épernay, nearly double the AOC non-vintage minimum of 15 months. Dosage is set at approximately 7 g/L at 12% ABV. What distinguishes this 200 ml Limited Edition 2023 Box Set of six is the format itself: small-volume bottles re-ferment in proportion, producing a slightly finer, more persistent bead than the standard 750 ml, making each mini a structurally distinct serve rather than a simple convenience format.
