Barons de Rothschild Rosé is a non-vintage Champagne blend of 94% Chardonnay and 6% Pinot Noir red wine, crafted in the classic méthode champenoise tradition. The wine displays a pale salmon hue with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, brioche and toast notes from extended aging on lees mingle with citrus zest and delicate floral aromatics. The palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity, revealing layers of red fruit, stone fruit, and minerality that evolve toward honey and subtle spice on the finish. This is an elegant aperitif wine and a refined partner to shellfish, oysters, and light appetizers.
