Sapience Brut Nature Vintage 2007 Premier Cru

The Cuvée Sapience is the first exceptional champagne certified AB. It is a blend of 50% Chardonnay from the village of Trépail, 25% from Pinot Noir d'Ambonnay and 25% from Pinot Meunier de Cumières.

Vinified and matured in oak barrels for 9 months, it is a cuvée which displays a very beautiful power, and a slight oxidative point emphasized by beautiful bitters at the end of the mouth. On the nose are notes of candied apple and dried fruits that stand out while on the palate we discover a very balanced wine with creamy texture and vibrant and energetic finale.
