Chateau D'Armailhac 2020

Château d'Armailhac is a fifth-growth Pauillac estate producing a traditional Bordeaux blend anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon (59%), with supporting Merlot (30%), Cabernet Franc (8%), and Petit Verdot (3%). The 2020 vintage delivers a medium-full-bodied red with dominant blackcurrant and dark plum on the nose, framed by secondary cedar and tobacco notes. Medium-high tannins provide structure without harshness, making this wine approachable in youth while retaining aging potential. Minerality and subtle leather emerge on the finish, characteristic of Left Bank Pauillac terroir.
