Granmonte Heritage Syrah Viognier

Granmonte Heritage Syrah Viognier is a co-fermented red blend from Khao Yai's Asoke Valley, combining 95% Syrah with 5% Viognier to create a medium-full-bodied wine with balanced tannin and acidity. The primary character showcases dark plum and blackberry fruit with prominent black pepper spice and subtle floral aromatics from the Viognier component. Secondary oak and smoke notes add complexity, while herbaceous and earthy undertones emerge on the finish. This wine pairs naturally with grilled red meat, lamb, and braised beef, and its spice profile makes it an excellent match for Thai cuisine.
