Antigal's Aduentus Mediterraneo is a Mendoza red blend anchored by 40% Malbec, with 30% Tempranillo and 30% Syrah. The combination yields a medium-full bodied wine with dark plum and black cherry primary notes, supported by peppery spice and herbaceous undertones characteristic of Syrah. Medium tannin and acidity make this a versatile food wine, equally at home with grilled red meat, braised beef, or tomato-based pasta dishes.
