Jeff Carrel's Les Darons Rouge is a single-varietal Grenache from Languedoc-Roussillon, delivering the classic warmth and spice character of the southern Rhône tradition. Ripe red fruit and plum dominate the primary profile, supported by black pepper and herbaceous notes on the mid-palate. Earthy minerality in the finish provides structure and food-pairing versatility. A medium-full-bodied, medium-tannin expression suited to grilled meats, Mediterranean herb-forward dishes, and rustic tapas.
