Librandi's Segno Cirò Rosso Classico is a single-varietal expression of Gaglioppo, the indigenous red grape of Calabria's Cirò region. The 2019 vintage displays a medium-full frame with ripe dark plum and black cherry on the nose, layered with black pepper and herbaceous notes that speak to the grape's natural character. On the palate, moderate tannins and balanced acidity support flavors of red and dark fruit, with earthy minerality and subtle spice that evolve toward leather and dried-fruit complexity.
