Chateau Clerc Milon 2015

Château Clerc Milon 2015 is a Bordeaux red blend anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon (58%), with supporting Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Carmenère. The wine displays a medium-full body with medium-high tannins and balanced acidity, characteristic of Pauillac terroir.

On the nose, dominant blackcurrant and plum fruit lead, with secondary cedar and black pepper notes from oak aging. The palate shows structure and depth, with tertiary tobacco and leather complexity emerging. Minerality rounds the finish.

This is a food-friendly Bordeaux suited to grilled red meats, lamb, braised beef, aged cheeses, and earthy mushroom preparations. Decant 30–45 minutes before service to open the aromatics.
