Jean Paul Daumen's Côtes du Rhône is a traditional Rhône South blend anchored by Grenache with supporting Syrah and Mourvèdre. The wine displays a medium-full body with balanced tannins and medium acidity, making it approachable yet structured.
Tasting profile: Ripe red and dark plum fruit dominate the nose and palate, with secondary notes of black pepper and warm spice. Earthy minerality emerges on the finish, adding complexity and regional character typical of southern Rhône terroir.
A versatile food wine suited to grilled meats, Mediterranean cuisine, and rustic dishes. Best served slightly cool at 16–18°C.
