Echeverria's Founder's Selection is a Maipo Valley red blend anchored by 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, with supporting Syrah and Carmenere. The wine displays a medium-full body with ripe dark plum and blackcurrant on the nose, layered with black pepper spice and subtle cedar. Mid-palate tannins are structured yet approachable, with leather and tobacco notes emerging on the finish. A versatile, well-balanced expression suited to grilled meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses.
