Domaines Barons de Rothschild's Aussières Rouge is a full-bodied Languedoc blend anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, delivering the house's signature balance of fruit intensity and structural elegance. Ripe blackcurrant and dark plum dominate the palate, supported by cedary oak and black pepper spice. The wine's high tannin structure and medium-high acidity provide excellent aging potential and food compatibility, with secondary notes of tobacco and leather emerging as the wine develops.
