Corvina contributes to giving body to the wine, Rondinella shows the typical herbaceous scent while the other vines provide freshness, smoothness and tastiness. An excellent bright Chiaretto; an intense and fragrant perfume with notes of marasca cherry jam; dry to the palate without excesses.

Perfect drinks with as an aperitif, with Italian hors d'oeuvres, pasta dishes, particularly tasty fishbased dishes (soups and stews), white meats and pizza.
