PB Reserve Rose

The wine shows fresh red currants, jam and fig on the nose.

The palate is fresh and lively with blackcurrant, musk and undertones of ginger on the tongue. The finish is lingering and clean with a good length. This wine is best served chilled, especially during the warmer months and is a great match for many food styles, particularly duck and light meats, fresh seafood and contemporary Asian cuisine.
