The base spirit is infused with peach stone and dried peach fruit, layered with gentian root, cardamom, and citrus peel—a technique that privileges botanical complexity over sugar load. The maceration and distillation process yields a 38% ABV concentrate designed for dash-dosing into spirits, not standalone sipping. The peach note reads as dried-stone intensity rather than fresh fruit candy, anchored by the gentian's characteristic bitter-earthy pull.
What distinguishes this from mass-market peach bitters: the absence of artificial flavoring and the deliberate use of gentian to create tension—the bitters do not sweeten a cocktail so much as deepen and structure it.
