Schiedam's identity was built on jenever production, and De Kuyper leveraged that grain-spirit infrastructure to develop a broad portfolio of cordials and liqueurs using neutral grain spirit as the base.

Peachtree is produced by macerating or blending peach flavoring compounds with a neutral grain spirit base, bottled at 15% ABV — low enough to function as a mixer without overpowering cocktail structures. The formulation is designed for consistency across batches, prioritizing a clean, sweet peach profile over complexity.
