Produced at the Torreglia distillery on the slopes of the Euganean Hills, the house draws on the same philosophy of estate-controlled botanical sourcing that governs its flagship Maraschino: fruit and botanicals are selected from the microclimate of the hills, where volcanic basalt soils and elevated aspect concentrate aromatic intensity in the peel. The Luxardo house style across its liqueur range prioritises traditional Italian recipes, some unchanged since the nineteenth century, combined with batch distillation in copper pot stills and neutral-vessel maturation — the same low-intervention approach applied to the Maraschino's Finnish ashwood resting.
