Hennessy V.S. Limited Edition By Les Twins "Ca Blaze" (700 ml)

When Laurent and Larry Bourgeois — the French-born twin dancers known as Les Twins — were handed the Hennessy VS canvas, the brief was to translate movement into glass. The result, "Ca Blaze," is a limited-edition collector release built on the same uncompromising production foundation that has defined the house since Richard Hennessy founded it in 1765.

The spirit inside draws from Hennessy's network of 1,500+ partner growers across the four premier crus of Cognac AOC — Grande Champagne's shallow clay-limestone chalk, the clay-flint of Borderies, and the broader Fins Bois — with eaux-de-vie aged in Limousin oak from Hennessy's own forests, including new barrels for the VS tier's initial maturation.

What separates Hennessy's distillation from peers: the house distills both with and without lees, and deliberately reintroduces heads and tails into the brouillis before the second Charentais pot-still pass — concentrating congeners for a darker-fruited, spice-forward depth that Martell's lees-free approach never reaches. Ugni Blanc base wine ferments with native wild yeast, no added sugar or sulphur, at 8–10% ABV before double distillation to ~70% ABV heart-cut.

The special feature here is categorical: this is a VS-grade cognac repositioned as a streetwear-adjacent art object — the lowest age tier (minimum two years in oak) dressed in the visual language of a prestige limited edition, a deliberate inversion of the house's own luxury hierarchy.
