Traminer Aromatico DOC

Made from Traminer Aromatico grapes vinified as a white wine. It has a rather intense and brilliant golden, straw-yellow colour; its aroma is intense yet delicate, aromatic and fruity. Its taste is crisp, well-bodied, and balanced, with a slightly bitterish aftertaste characteristic of this wine. To be paired with chargrilled fish and fermented, unripened cheeses; we have very pleasant memories of drinking this with an asparagus risotto.
