Torres Viña Esmeralda is a distinctive white blend from Catalunya that marries the exotic floral character of Gewürztraminer (15%) with the honeyed stone-fruit richness of Muscat of Alexandria (85%). The wine opens with pronounced aromatics—jasmine and rose—followed by peach, lychee, and citrus zest on the palate. Medium body and brisk acidity make it an ideal aperitif or food wine, particularly suited to aromatic Asian cuisines, shellfish, and fresh cheese.
