Cava Blanca Cusine Brut

Parés Baltà is a family-owned winery in Penedès, Spain, celebrated for combining organic viticulture with traditional Cava craftsmanship. “Blanca Cusiné Brut” is one of the estate’s prestige sparkling wines—crafted with patience, precision, and extended ageing to reveal extraordinary depth and elegance.

Named after the family member Blanca Cusiné, this cuvée represents the winery’s most refined expression of traditional-method sparkling wine. The vineyards are located in the hills of Penedès, where Mediterranean sunshine and cooler mountain influences help preserve acidity and aromatic purity.

After secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine is aged on lees for approximately six years—far beyond standard Cava ageing requirements. This prolonged maturation develops delicate mousse, creamy texture, and layered complexity while maintaining freshness and minerality.

The result is a sparkling wine that feels both vibrant and sophisticated—offering Champagne-like texture with the distinctive Mediterranean character of premium Cava.
