This Champagne is a blend of grape harvested exclusively on the Grands Crus territories of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, and from a single year. The first aromas are white fruits, wheat, spices like ginger. Following up are touches of brioche with dried fruits and orange zests. To the palate, expression of white fruits, honey, biscuits/boudoirs, finely grilled brioche bread and candied citruses. The creamy effervescence feels perfect in mouth. Will be perfect as an aperitif but also on a seafood platter or with bass filets, grilled salmon with olive oil from the first press.
