The vineyard aspect—south-facing slopes along the Duero River—concentrates phenolic ripeness while maintaining acidity through cool nights.

Production specifics: 100% Tempranillo fruit undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 12 months in French oak (mix of new and neutral barrels), allowing gradual oxidative maturation and vanilla-oak integration without overwhelming the fruit. Malolactic fermentation occurs post-fermentation, softening malic acid while preserving freshness.
