The wine undergoes traditional Cabernet fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by 18 months in French oak (40% new), allowing secondary maturation without overwhelming primary fruit character. This is a house style built on drinkability—ripe blackcurrant and plum dominate the palate, with structured but approachable tannins that resolve cleanly on the finish.
