Aventura Los Chacayes Norte

Kaiken's Aventura Los Chacayes Norte is a Malbec-dominant blend from Mendoza, Argentina, aged 15 months in new French oak. The wine opens with dominant blackberry and plum aromatics, supported by violet florality and dark fruit depth. On the palate, medium-full body and balanced medium acidity frame smooth, well-integrated tannins. Secondary oak aging imparts vanilla, cocoa, and subtle spice notes that enhance the fruit-forward profile without overwhelming it. Tertiary earth character adds complexity. A versatile, food-friendly red suited to grilled meats, braised beef, and rich preparations.
