The “Élevé” range is a contemporary expression of the classic French varietals, each with its own distinct character. Fruit forward, juicy and vibrant, this range is a pure reflection of the South of France and its many rich and diverse terroirs!

WINEMAKING

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed and divided into two sections. Most of them will be traditionally fermented on the skins for about ten days, adding structure to the wine. A small portion will go through a thermo-vinification process and hot skin contact maceration. Next, the juices go through a cool temperature fermentation. This special procedure enables a better extraction of aromas and enhances the varietal’s aromatic qualities. Both wines are blended together at the end of the winemaking process.

TASTING NOTE

Bright ruby in colour, with lovely hints of purple. Aromas of black current and blackberry, with a touch of violet and liquorice. A bold wine, with a dense and juicy palate. Silky tannins support the lingering finish
