Fleur de Pedesclaux is the second wine of Château Pedesclaux, a Fifth Growth estate in Pauillac. The 2019 vintage blends 67% Merlot with 27% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Petit Verdot, delivering a medium-full-bodied red with approachable elegance.

On the nose, ripe black cherry and dark plum dominate, supported by subtle cassis and cedar notes. The palate shows balanced tannins and medium acidity, with flavors of red and dark fruit, graphite minerality, and a whisper of tobacco leaf. Oak integration is restrained, allowing the fruit to shine.

This is a food-friendly Bordeaux blend suited to grilled steaks, braised beef, herb-crusted lamb, and tomato-based pasta dishes. Drink now through 2028.
