Syrah - Sublime

Deep dark velvet color with shinning hints. Very intense and explosing nose with fragrances of  spring flower,  blackberries, cassis, toasted coffee and  chocolate notes. The mouth reveals a complex texture, full-bodied with spicies, pepper,  liquorice and chocolate notes in the back-ground. The finish is long lasting with finesse and silky tannins fruit-driven. Drink this complex textured wine over the next 3 to 5 years although it may last longer

Produced by the great wine making team of Marc and Anne Pichon in the Cote de Ventoux village of Mormoiron. The Domaine le "Murmurium" is derived from Latin, meaning "The Buzzing Song of Bees." Using organic practices, they make rich hand crafted wines.  There seems to be a number of stores in the NY/NJ region that carry this great value wine.
