Ninquen

Montgras Ninquen is a Colchagua Valley blend anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Syrah (45%), with 5% Petit Verdot for structure. The wine displays a medium-full body with ripe, integrated tannins and medium acidity, delivering dark plum and blackcurrant on the nose, layered with black pepper and cedar. Secondary notes of spice and subtle oak support the fruit, while tertiary leather and tobacco complexity emerge with air. A food-friendly Chilean red suited to grilled meats, braised beef, and herb-forward dishes.
