E. Michels Rosé Champagne is in very good salmon colored and with fine small bubbles in the glass. The fragrance features shades of dried fig and sun-ripened cherries. The taste is creamy and fruity colors. Serve well chilled in sleek champagne glass, either as a luxurious welcome or festival, or to accompany dishes with fish, shellfish, like poultry or pork.
