Royal Salute 21 years Harris Reed Edition III - Black Gold (700 ml)
฿14,999
Royal Salute was born on 2 June 1953, created by Chivas Brothers to mark the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II — a founding purpose that locked in a non-negotiable standard: no component whisky, grain or malt, may enter the blend younger than 21 years. That floor, maintained across every expression in the portfolio, is a commitment no other Scotch whisky house matches at its entry tier. The brand home is Strathisla Distillery in Keith, Moray — the oldest continuously operating distillery in the Scottish Highlands, founded 1786, drawing process water from the Fons Bulliens Well, a peat-free natural spring prized for its softness, which shapes the characteristically smooth, creamy texture of the house style. Speyside's mild, humid valley microclimate along the River Isla promotes slow, even maturation, coaxing ripe pear, dried citrus, and vanilla from the combination of ex-bourbon American oak and ex-sherry casks held in the dedicated Royal Salute Vault within Strathisla. The Harris Reed Edition III — Black Gold — layers the collaborative creative vision of the designer onto this 21-year blended architecture, bottled at 40% ABV in a hand-crafted ceramic flagon requiring up to six days of production from Cornish clay with double-layer glazing. What no peer does: the entire Royal Salute range guarantees 21+ years on every component — a standard most luxury single malts cannot claim at their own entry level.
