Royal Salute 21 years Quinn White Edition (700 ml)
฿13,995
Royal Salute was born on 2 June 1953, created by Chivas Brothers to mark the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II — a founding purpose that locked in an absolute floor of 21 years' maturation on every component whisky, grain and malt alike, a standard the brand has never relaxed across its entire portfolio. The Quinn White Edition draws on this same architecture: malt whiskies from Speyside and beyond, married with grain whisky, all rested a minimum of two decades before blending at the Royal Salute Vault within Strathisla Distillery in Keith, Moray — the oldest continuously operating distillery in the Scottish Highlands, founded 1786, its process water drawn from the peat-free Fons Bulliens Well, prized for softness that carries cleanly through distillation. At Strathisla, double distillation runs through two short, squat wash stills (12,500 L) and two spirit stills (8,500 L), producing a characteristically creamy, fruit-forward new make. Maturation combines ex-bourbon American oak and ex-sherry casks held in dunnage and racked warehouses, building ripe pear, dried citrus, vanilla, and gentle spice over two-plus decades. The defining transgression: most luxury blends guarantee only the youngest component's age — here, no whisky in the vatting is younger than 21 years, including the grain. Bottled at 40% ABV and presented in a hand-crafted ceramic flagon produced from Cornish clay with double-layer glazing, requiring up to six days to complete.
