Its short-necked pot stills allow heavier vapours to rise, producing a full-bodied new make from water drawn exclusively from the Broomhill Spring, naturally filtered through granite one mile away. Fermentation runs in traditional wooden washbacks, providing thermal insulation for a steady, flavour-building two-day ferment. The 13-year minimum age statement denotes only the youngest component; older Longmorn, Miltonduff, and Braeval malts are present but unlabelled.
