10 YO Single Malt (700 ml)

Single malt whiskey from Ireland matured in first fill bourbon barrels. It's supposedly non-chill filtered at 40% abv, so don't be surprised if it throws a cloudy haze in the bottle even at room temperature.

Nose: Green apple, subtle stone fruit, nougat and vanilla.

Palate: Less fruity, plenty of malt and a solid core of rich caramel.

Finish: Long and warming with gentle spice and a hint of milk chocolate.

Overall: A great bottling of Irish single malt.
