Los Siete Misterios is a respected craft mezcal producer dedicated to preserving the traditional methods of Oaxaca. The name translates to “The Seven Mysteries,” reflecting the cultural depth and ritual behind mezcal production.

“Doba-Yej” is the Zapotec word for Espadín agave, the most widely used agave variety in mezcal. This expression is crafted using ancestral techniques:

• Agave roasted in underground earthen pits
• Crushed using traditional methods
• Naturally fermented
• Distilled in small batches
